Question Regarding factory reset!!..

Can anyone please tell me if i do factory reset in my M35 is there any issues in future update? 

Or will i lost my phone warrenty for future??

No, there is no issue in factory reset.

Not at all, but backup your data
first and then do factory reset

Take a proper back up before factory reset 👍 no problem wud be there while u wil get yours data bak from yours backup
