Problem of M11 bluetooth sound

I have purchased M11 set on 17.07.2020. My bluetooth sound is very low even if I have set it at maximum. My bluetooth external speaker's sound also coming low even if I have turned the knob to maximum. Request Samsung to solve my issue.

No no it is working nicely when pairing with other mobiles

I also using Samsung Galaxy M 11 Smartphone only but my device easily get connected to bluetooth speaker and volume also get high

That means my device has some manufacturing defect...

yes you are right even m11 speakers are sounds so low then other device i m also getting the same problem

To resolve Bluetooth issue kindly follow the given below steps:-

1. Reset the device: -Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.

Tap on Settings>Tap on General Management>Tap on Reset.

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
