Subject: Bluetooth Sound Quality Issue After Recent Update (Galaxy M14)
Dear Samsung Support Team,
I am experiencing a significant issue with Bluetooth audio quality after a recent software update on my Samsung Galaxy M14 device.
Earlier, when I used my AirPods Pro with the phone, the sound output was rich and balanced — especially the Dolby Atmos effects and melody mix. However, after the recent update (around 3 weeks ago), the sound quality has dropped noticeably. The bass is weaker, melody is less pronounced, and overall audio output feels flat compared to before.
I checked all sound settings including Dolby Atmos, Equalizer, and Bluetooth codec options, but nothing has helped so far. It's worth noting that this sound quality boost had appeared only recently (3 weeks ago), and now it's completely gone again after the update.
Please look into this issue — it seems related to either:
A Bluetooth codec fallback or incompatibility (SBC instead of AAC/aptX), or
An audio driver glitch caused by the recent update.
I request you to escalate this to your software development or audio engineering team for resolution. If there is a workaround, update, or patch available, kindly guide me.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update maybe fix it by Samsung team soon.
