Plz need urgent Help.. Samsung Galaxy M21 keeps on hanging and restarting

i brought this device on 2 of July of this year one month usage was awesome but later when i updated this device keeps on restarting and hanging while on call or opening any App or just keeping in my pocket i saw its restarting... Its in warranty but due to unstable traveling I can't visit Service center... is there anyone who facing same issue about Samsung Galaxy M21 ??? Please anyone has solution plzz reply... Im really frustrated with this phone.. i want to get rid of this anyone of u want to buy this i want to sell this device tired of this Huh!!!!

check... auto restart is enable or disable... and onece do factory reset.

this problem was happened with me but in the last update . After updating my problems is solved .

go to safemode and observe is there same issue in safemode too
if not then problem may due to other downloaded apps
and if same issue in safemode then try to visit service centre and get reinstall your software update

steps to turn safemode;
long press on power button>
long press on power off option>click on safemode >your mobile will restart and turn into safemode.

Keep in mind that in this mode only inbuilt system app will work

first of all reset factory data then disable auto restart in setting device care 3 dot advanced auto restart off
i think this will sort out your problem and next time update via smart switch form.laptop or pc

I face the same issue with my galaxy M21. The screen completely freezes at any random time and then t it gets stuck on boot loop. At some random cycle of the boot loop, it restarts again only to again repeat the process. This is extremely frustrating as the phone is not even an year old.

Today almost seven times my phone Samsung m21 got hanged ....it's hanging while calling .very slow in typing . ..and browsing also. Don't know the reason..kindly help me ..as iam unable to go service centre in this lockdown time

Actually Guys !! I am also facing the same issue...if open gallery and then close then also it hangs...if search something then  also its hangs....even though i 39 GB space available...i have tried the safe mode also....one thing i have noticed ...if my device is slightly hot(very slightly)  then mostly it will get hang....while it is cool..it hangs less.actually it freezes and then restart...sometimes also after restarting...at that moment only it hangs and restarts....
Any idea.
i have read all tips given by the samsung sites..but not helpful
