Last month I have received a Software update and since it was installed I am facing a pink line on the display. Will this be resolved by any further software updates or a free display replacement ?

No free replacement or fixed through software update. They will charge for display replacement which costs approximately 7k

Same case bro I wrote a mail for samsung service head tean as of now no response. And they will not care about m series users

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

No it won't be. And they'll even refuse to repair it for free.

Power OFF Galaxy smartphones and turn ON-
To power off through Quick settings, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap the Power icon in the upper right of the screen (next to the Settings icon), and then tap Power off.

Its been a year since damaging m52 by giving **bleep** updates till now no govt is able to help citizen and fraud company is blind and deaf to its customers after my replacement i never updated os.. you should have checked it this group before updating it

I got free replacement. Only paid 403 rs for service charge.

But you have to escalate top persons in samsung support .Customer support ,and senior excutive. Once it's escalated top persons will daily call and update the progress until issue resolved
