😡😡Really Disappointed on samsung product. When green line issue came on my mobile, I called customer care they said to visit nearby samsung service center. In service center they saying that samsung side never raised any issue on M52 5g. Now pink line is raised in my display.🤬😡 Never expected this damaged and a failure product from Samsung . It has been 14 months I brought this mobile M52 5g. 🤬😤

Samsung should take actions to satisfy their customers.😡😠

I saved my phone by not updating recent security update 😃

Samsung says it's definitely the customer's fault, not ours. Because the customer had purchased Samsung mobile. We have nothing to do with such problems.

At the same time it is disappointing to see so many complaint about green or pink line issue on this app. Samsung should provide free replacement of screen in this case as it is manufacturing defect. Otherwise there is no point buying smartphone from reputed brand.

Everybody having this type of issue should directly call national consumer helpline
Otherwise samsung would just not entertain any customer with this issue

My dear complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's free of cost. Thanks.
