SAMSUNG M52 5G - Vertical Green Line after software update

Mobile: SAMSUNG GALAXY M52 5G

Purchase Date: 09-AUG-2022

Last software update :21 Oct 2023. Facing issues after software update.

Mobile started showing 1 Green line on centre of the screen, then next day one white line. this way 2 green and 3 white lines. So, many friends told they also facing same issues.

I visited Samsung official Service Centre (Phoenix Mall, Velachery, Chennai), they are asking Rs. 7800/- for repair.

Samsung - Please respond, Should we throw your mobile to dust bin and stay away from Samsung? or any plan to take remediation?

DATE: 14-JAN-2024: Received another update today, I thought it may help to resolve.. but no use same issue.. even after update.

I am also facing green line issue for samsung m52 but I'm not getting software update just insert charger after 10 mins green line generate in centre of the display. Then visit samsung service center they're told this a display issue and cost of Rs8000. It's very irritating for me and worst experience still using same mobile with green line.

Complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's free of cost. Thanks.

In some places it's not free. They are charging for it.

Worst service by samsung, it's the update problem not users.
