If u think that ur touch isn't responding not good, then u should take your phone to your nearest service center. They should have a method of fixing it.

Try clearing the cache of your phone or try resetting it.There is no reason to take it to service centre it's not a display issue or touch screen issue its a bug if its a display or touch screen issue that black line won't be seen there.If found helpful accept as solution

They reset your phone and say that they did something else and the issue is solved waste of money.
