I have a new Samsung m14 4g and recently i witnessed a problem. My phone is being touched with an earphone wire whenever it's close to the screen. This happens with any earphones,I can wake my phone with that,do all app works with it as well. But this happened only to my Samsung, It's not my earphone's issue because I tried it on 2 more Samsung devices with same earphone but this didn't happen to those phones.
Also I took it to the Samsung customer care and their Samsung also didn't have this issue
so they totally replaced my Display, okay. so for this I wanna add that, before I took it to the customer care,my phone was being able to touch with not only earphone wire but also random steam or air. Like you know when I'm like using my phone and scrolling it and on the other hand I'm having a conversation with a person sitting in front of me so I'm talking right?? So the air that came out of my mouth,it made the screen had auto touch. After they fixed the screen,Only thing that's working on my screen except my finger is the earphone wire, and other issues are fixed for now but I thought the issue with earphones resolved as well but No. It is still happening and I'm very frustrated. Like my phone gets random touches and it's annoying bcs why would my new phone will get an issue like this??
