Phone restarts automatically

Samsung M31 - While wstching videos and playing games the phone restarts automatically and it happens approximately 4 to 5 times a day.

Pl suggest a remedy or reaolve the bug/issue

Go to Device Care
Click on the 3 dot button
Then click on advanced & see if the auto-restart option is on or off.

To resolve auto restart issue please follow below given steps:

Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Turn off auto start.

Dear Team, It is already turned off by default....hence kindly check with R n D team to resolve the issue... today also my phone started automatically while playing one game...Thnx
