My samsung galaxy M31 is not turning on. It suddenly got switched off and after that it is not turning on. It turns on and the Samsung logo comes after that it switches off again.
Please help how can I fix this issue. The phone is 1.5yrs old.
Go to settings and find general management then tap on reset then tap on factory data reset then or do connect ur mobile to another mobile or pc/laptop then force restart ur phone and then press and hold the volume up and side key till samsung logo appears then by pressing volume down key go to wipe data factory reset and then go on yes and then press side key for confirming that option after that go on reboot system and press side key it will take 5 to 10 minutes to boot make sure u backup ur data .
