Phone is not vibrating while ringing or notification or while typing. Help me fix this issue

Recently My samsung galaxy m31 is facing server battery draining issue...even though in ideal condition...Suggest some tips

My samsung galaxy M31 is not turning on. It suddenly got switched off and after that it is not turning on. It turns on and the Samsung logo comes after that it switches off again.Please help how can I fix this issue. The phone is 1.5yrs old.

After the new update in Samsung M31 the phone is draining too much of battery without even much use.

I am using a Samsung M31 and I am facing the battery Draining issue for some days..even though I don't use much heavy apps or games...I have a 6000mah battery still have to charge my phone twice a day from some days...any reason why this is happening...
