I am using a Samsung M31 and I am facing the battery Draining issue for some days..even though I don't use much heavy apps or games...I have a 6000mah battery still have to charge my phone twice a day from some days...any reason why this is happening... Earlier I use to charge once a day and it was more than enough for the entire day

Checked and blocked ...but still goes on...I think the climate is an issue...I live now in a hilly area where temperature gets down very rapidly...that may be causing it

True... samsung knowingly doing this ...coz it was fine 1 yr ago..and since it completed 1yr everything's got slow

Battery optimization helps you to boost the battery performance of your device. To check battery optimization:

Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care > Optimize > Optimize all options like Battery, Storage and Memory

Kindly turn off the smart features of the device and other connectivity features when not in use, which will eventually help you to reduce battery power consumption (smart features such as Motion gestures in advance feature and Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Hotspot, etc.).

Please follow the below steps:
1. Swipe down on the home screen to open the notification panel.
2. Tap on Bluetooth, Location/GPS, Wi-Fi, Mobile hotspot, NFC, etc. to turn off.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).
