Phone charging only on restart

Phone only charging only when I connect a USB Device and restarts the device.

Steps:

1. Phone Not charging-> connect the charger and restart-> Phone starts charging

2. Phone charging -> restart-> Phone not charging

Also while it keeps on giving notification USB connected and disconnected and display always on

1. Charge the device
Kindly follow the standard charging procedure. i.e; please charge the device in switch off condition for a minimum of 10 minutes.
