Phone automatically freezes and restarts

My phone automatically freezes and again restarts. I am using M30 S . What can be the reason.?

Hello Bibek619,

You can do following things, to resolve this -

Make sure your phone has enough battery.

Make sure your phone is charged to at least 5%. If your battery is below 5%, the phone may not turn on after the reboot. 

A phone that is completely drained should be charged for a minimum of 15 minutes using the supplied wall charger.

Reboot the phone.

Press and hold the Power and Volume Down keys simultaneously until the phone reboots (7 seconds).

Select Normal Boot.

Your phone should boot up normally. However, if the Maintenance Boot Mode screen appears, select Normal Boot. Use the volume buttons to cycle through the options. Use the Home button or Bixby button to make the selection.

Hi thanks for the suggestion. I went to Samsung service centre and they did the same but the problem continues. My phone automatically freezes and restarts. I was also facing boot loop problem.

hii bro I fased the same problem with my galaxy a 50 for 2 months if we open any apps or suddenly any calls come while doing a task it automatically freezes and will shut down but ofter the regular updates it get into normal and even more better faster

check any software updates available. wait for next updation or contact service center and do a complete software
