Galaxy MMaybe you should update the app through galaxy store.
Look at the latest one ui home version in my ss at the bottom.
Version is also given at the bottom part of ss.

Galaxy MSamsung updates One UI Home through system updates, not always via Play Store. Play Store just shows the base listing date.
If your phone is updated to latest One UI version, then your One UI Home is also up to date automatically.
You can check: Settings → Apps → One UI Home → Version (this is the real current version)
So no need to worry, your launcher is not outdated 👍
