I am using Samsung M33 5G mobile 2 days ago my phone got One Ui 7 update after that update a bug came in my phone wired headphones connect shown in my phone but physically doesn't exist due to this I can't be able to hear my speaker sound. I contact to your customer care they also try to fix this but they couldn't. They give me a solution that I factory reset my phone, I also do that but it didn't work. I request you to fix it soon.
