Not getting secure folder

I got one ui 2.5 update for Samsung m51 but not found the secure folder option. Can you suggest me how to enable this?

My M51 from Hong Kong also has no Secure Folder after updating to ONE UI 2.5. I bought it one week ago, I am very annoyed about it. I chose not to buy it at first, after that many people on YouTube and from here said they have Secure Folder after updating, then I bought it. Wanna Cry Now.

I heard that the people who buy samsung M51 from Bangladeshi samsung official are unable to get the Secure folder facility. this is totally disappointing 😕. why Samsung doing this?
