Not able to take call with c-type headphone

Dear Members,

With samsung c-type headphone I am not able to take calls, no sound is coming, not even whatsapp call. But music is playing fine with the same headphone. What is the problem?

I have only one c-type headphone. But tested on two phones.

U should try other c type headphones, what if ur headphones have problem?

Do your phone have 3.5mm headphone jack? If yes, then Calls aren't possible on Type C headset.
