Earphone not working

Dear Samsung team

I am having Samsung M35...but there in so 3.5 jack... ok.. now when we are connecting the c type earphones.like jbl, Sony, boat, apple but they are not working... now I am using AKG headphone but the souung quality is very poor and dac option is not working. Samsung made c to 3.5 converter is not available anywhere and all we are forced to purchased third quality AKG earphone.. What is this samsung...We often do meetings on phone if earphone will not work on this device how we can to meeting on this phone... why we should purchased samsung phones

This is the issue..have you checked what sound quality you are giving in samsung earphone..your headphone are not made for music lovers..
