Many Galaxy A series and Galaxy M Series phones using Exynos 9610 and Exynos 9611 are suffering from random reboots or other issues. In particular, the phones that have been affected are: The Galaxy M30s, the Galaxy M31, the Galaxy M31s, the Galaxy A50, the Galaxy A50s and the Galaxy A51.

I request everyone facing issue to check this tweet https://twitter.com/sudan_is/status/1444924977740849155?s=20 and post your comments tagging Samsung and tech reviewers. This is big issue that needs to throw some light on.

Not perfect replica of laptops, yet it's like a laptop only with difference that you operate it on your palm & not in hand.

Instead of praising your own device it would be great you just share troubleshooting steps.

Look! You've mentioned Galaxy M30 as being one of the affected phone-series. I'm too a proud owner of this device. My piece too faced random reboots, autorestarting & other problems. Along with praising this instrument, I've also shared 5 trouble shooting steps in one of my comments to your nice post. Problems of my device were solved after I had followed these 5 trouble shooting steps. These steps may prove helpful in trouble shooting of problems existing in devices of other series also. You've probably not read my comments. Anyway lots of thanks 😊 for having read 📚 atleast my one comment that praises 👏 Galaxy M30🤗!

Hi! I'm reposting 5 possible trouble shooting steps for Galaxy M30 & other series devices below:
1. Report the  FREEZING/HANGING, AUTOMATIC RESTARTING errors to Samsung.
2. click on "Settings" app on your Android device/phone.
3. Then, click on "DEVELOPERS options " & enable/"ON" it.
4. Then, you will see many options under "Developers options ". Click on "Build" option 7 times. After that you will see many more options.
5. Now, Enable "OEM unlocking" (Allow the bootloader to be unlocked) option given there. Also, click on "Logger buffer sizes" & select "1M" per log buffer size.
Try these 5 steps. May be your problem shall be resolved 😊 happily as was mine!!!

" This won't work." you are saying. "Won't" means "will not". Use of "Won't" means you have not tried steps suggested by me. Then, how can you conclude that these steps don't work? Even otherwise also you are wrong 'cause these steps have worked for my Samsung Galaxy M30 when it developed problems of AUTORESTARTING, FREEZING, HANGING. First tell us , have you yourself tried these steps? Don't look like you have tried. Else, you would not have wrongly made this TALL STAEMENT THAT "This won't work". Also, why are you unnecessarily getting irritated by my useful comments? Your asking me to stop commenting on this post makes me wonder if you are wrongly hell bent upon trying to tell/prove to world wrongly that autorestarting freezing hanging problems faced by Samsung Galaxy series are beyond solution. Also, you are posting in an open public forum where members have a right to comment. This is not your personal private blog. Moreover, my comments are well within community guidelines. If you don't wish to see truth of my comments, then that is your personal choice. If you don't wish to read my comments, then don't read them. But, you can't dictate your wrong terms to others. You can't bully other community members into not making healthy comments.
