Some users of Samsung Galaxy A and Galaxy M series are complaining about a mysterious problem that puts their phones to freeze and make them restart on their own. As per a SamMobile report, the list of affected devices include Galaxy M21, Galaxy M30s, Galaxy M31, Galaxy M31s, Galaxy A50, Galaxy A50s, and Galaxy A51.

I have the same issue for nearly a week and customer care wants me to pay 8k to replace the motherboard. It's just 18 months old. Unbelievably poor product and pathetic response from Samsung.

Yeah they asked me the same. Mine happened after August update , It's only 14 months old.
