Modes and routenes + not working properly

Before you come and say 'because it's not for M series', I know. But I made it work before very easily. It used to work everytime I triggered the event, such as, pressing the volume down twice to go mute and double tap volume up to go all loud.

But recently.,. It's not working. Recently, I deleted the "camera assistant +" app which I fact, doesn't work. For M series and suddenly. This stopped working too. Sure, I tried new routenes with routenes+ and they work,. But these 2 don't. 

Did I trigger something that cencelled their finctions? Or is it something else?

Use official features which are given to your device. Don't install any other apps from 3rd party websites. It demages the phone software and get some security issues about your data. If you want more official features then buy S series. I know you will don't like my answer but this is the best for your phone.

I got it working a few minutes before this post but I'll keep you're advice on mind.. I have some wallpaper engines installed and I'll remove those two in addition to this. Samsung is just such an handy device,. So I wanted to use it's full potential.. Ofcourse I'll like you're comment why think otherwise?

Bug report? I Knew how to do that on my old Asus phone but Samsung? I never tried it. Even if I did, you think it will capture this problem? A video would be better help but can you tell me about this bug report?
