My camera stopped working since 3days it's fourth day today and still not working. Previously I had a camera issue it was like the camera was lagging a bit. Then on Tuesday it totally stopped working. A black screen was showing when I was opening the camera app. No picture was showing. Even the apps like facebook instagram whatsapp which have this camera option it's not working. I tried everything. Resetting camera settings, normal settings, system was updated, and what not. But it's not working. If anyone knows how to fix this without factory reset please help :)

It seems like a hardware issue.

You need to visit a service center to get it checked.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for resolves this issue. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
