I can't able to use mobile data while calling.

Go to settings > connections > mobile networks > turn on use mobile data while calling
but you will still only be able to access mobile data through the SIM by which you are currently attending the call.

Which SIM card you have, To use mobile data while call, you need VoLte services,. If your operator isn't VoLte enabled than you can't use Data while on call.

Yes that is the exact thing . For eg, When i used Jio sim i was able to use 4G even during calling but in Vi , before calling I may get 4G/3G/2G but during calls , I still may get 4G/3G/2G but that wont work. And after some time , that also stops showing . So , you need to get i Volte comaptible Sim and Phone
