Problem in HDR and Mobile data

Earlier my Galaxy M35 was able to play 4k 60FPS in HDR but now whenever I set the quality to this resolution switches to 480 p (i have a high data speed i.e 300 Mbps)and the second problem is that whenever I turn on my Mobile Data it takes some time say 20 to 30 Seconds to turn on,so these issues are on other devices also or not and if it is an issue then what is the solution to this?

Additonally, regarding the HDR issue, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).
