Hi, my phone m53 is giving weird problem. The phones wifi and Bluetooth doesn't turn on. When I tried to check mac address, it shows unavailable. After restarting the phone, wifi/Bluetooth works and Mac address can also be seen but again after sometime wifi/Bluetooth stops working and Mac address becomes unavailable. I've tried resetting network settings and also resetting the phone to factory mode but same problem appears. After restarting the phone, it works for some time and again the problem starts.

Try getting the software reinstalled and if that doesn't work, the service personnel will assist you further.
