I recently bought the newly launched Samsung M55s, but I’m already facing a frustrating issue with the main camera sensor. It keeps fogging up, with condensation forming inside the lens as if there's trapped moisture. Initially, I thought it was just my device, but after some research, I found out that many other M55s users are experiencing the same problem. It’s clearly a model-wide hardware defect that Samsung needs to address immediately.
When I took it to the service center, they confirmed the issue but told me they don’t have the necessary spare parts, not even a back panel, to repair it! Apparently, even the service team is waiting for guidance and parts from higher-ups. It’s shocking that a brand as reputable as Samsung would launch a phone without having essential repair parts readily available.
This isn’t just about my device—it’s about the lack of support and reliability for everyone who bought the M55s expecting quality. Samsung needs to take responsibility, provide an official solution, and make spare parts accessible so we’re not left with unusable phones. A simple replacement isn’t enough if the issue is across the entire model.
