M52 will receive 3 OS Updates ?

Replying my question , Samsung customer care executive mentioned that they promises 3 OS updates from the date of launch. But didn't specifically said that M52 will receive. 

Can we consider him right or just a weird reply ?

Now it depends on Samsung whether they'll provide or not....

2 OS updates keliye alag se koi list nahi hota...
Sare phones ko minimum 2 OS updates milta hi hai.. sirf jinhe 2 se zyada milte hai unke liye list banate hai...

Waise bhai mai sare Samsungs ki baat kar raha tha...sabko minimum 2 milta hai...

Don't trust that..M series supports only 2 major updates and 4 years security patch updates. samsung said 2019 or later devices (flagships and some selected A series mid ranges) will get 4 os updates..but they didn't mentioned for M series....

But they should give 3 OS updates as A series is getting 4 now. And the security updates should be pushed bimonthly instead of quarterly.
