Bro I own S21 FE snapdragon 888 and I did this 6.1 update. Till now there is no green line issue. Green line is basically occuring in Amoled panels of different brand devices . Heating is the main cause of green line. And the main thing is that this device is LCD pannel green line never comes in LCD panels.

To ensuse a safe updation I am sharing some tips.
Before updating, there should be 80% more charge, make sure the phone is cool down, there should be no background task, update after putting 60hz or use 60hz itself, update after removing the back cover, heating is the cause of the green line. It is best to update in a room with good ventilation, a room with a fan, a room with AC or a car.
