M52 will receive 3 OS Updates ?

Replying my question , Samsung customer care executive mentioned that they promises 3 OS updates from the date of launch. But didn't specifically said that M52 will receive. 

Can we consider him right or just a weird reply ?

yeah its true that major samsung mobiles will recieve 3 major os and 4 years of security updates. M52 launched with Android 11 so It will Recieve Android 12,13,14. its listed at samsung website.
