M51 has no call recording option

Wifi calling is disabled, Phone is the defult app, I have cleared the cache but still no option for call recording.

From where you bought this device? as some country doesn't allow call recording

During call, if you click three dot button on top right, you will see record option if your model support recording. Can you check if record option is there in calling screen.

There is no setting available in phone settings I think.

In order to enable the auto call record in your device kindly go through below given steps:-

Tap dial pad> three dots on the right corner of the screen>click on setting>click on call records>select auto call record>enable it.

If the issue still persist kindly send us the error log file with in 15 minutes of issue occurrence through error report section from Samsung Member Application :- Samsung Member Application > click on get help > send feedback > error report.
