Switch Camera while recording is not available for me

Switching camera from rear to front (or) front to rear while recording is a common feature, which already in cheaper , older and less powerful M-series phones like M31,M31s, .....but till now not in M51 

Nearly 6 months I'm waiting for this feature through an update but every time samsung is disappointing me. 

Is there any other way to contact samsung

A user has commented that 730g doesn't support Camera switching while recording.
Maybe that's true
