M35 charging and USB issue

Bought new m35 phone 2 weeks before after 2 days updating recent software , charging not happening to the phone when connected via samsung 25 watt charger and its keep showing usb connected and and disconnected notification even at without connecting any cable.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and go to service center for resolves this issue. I also noticed many bugs in my m35, but support team just say back up and reset phone (one answer for all the questions)

Thank god I did not buy this phone. 😅 I think Samsung has lost its touch on phones.

The charger might be causing the problems, when I bought my samsung m34 phone I also faced this problem but it was due to charger. After changing the charger I haven't faced this problem in last 1 year. It can also be a bug, if it's a bug most probably they will solve it.

I am having the same issue and have tried all the solution available at the web. None has worked yet. Please suggest if your problem has been solved and how?

It is due to faulty usb port visit samsung service center they will replace the usb port if it is in waranty it will be free of cost replacement.
