M34 5g android 14 update not showing

I'm not getting android 14 update even tho it is officially rolled out for M34 5g what to do will factory reset help??

You Got OneUI 6 or not ??
Beacuse oneui 6 is based on Android 14 you can check your Android version in phone's about section.

Ik it's showing upto date but android 13 and oneui 5
