M31s Freezing and Restarting Frequently

My M31s is freezing and restarting on its own since yesterday.  It was working well but it happened suddenly. I deleted all files t make space and unsinstalled recently installed apps as well. But it didn't help. It even restarts in Safe Mode. Sometimes it's stuck in 'Galaxy M31s... Powered by Android' booting screen so I have to force restart to boot normally. I tried everything except factory resetting and flashing Software, which I am very scared of doing so as it might get stuck and make this device no less than a brick.

Ohhh , great if it's working fine ,Hope it doesn't occur again .. But if it occurs, again perform wipecachepartition properly , I hope it will we fixed .. And yeah the problem didn't occurred till now .. I think it's fixed and I hope it will not occur again

Unfortunately for me, it didnt solve the issue. I wiped cache 5 times already but it's still happening. I guess i have to go to a local repair shop, as when i contacted samsung customer care, they told me it's my own fault and i should pay. Really disappointed.

How did u performed the wipecachepartition? Have u done it properly ??did u watched it on youtube .? Did u connect the phone with laptop .? If u have done these then once do factory data reset and then perform wipecachepartition ... I forgot to mention that before performing wipecachepartition I have done factory data reset thinking that it may solve the problem but it didn't work out so then after factory data reset I performed wipecachepartition so u also do the same ..... First backup ur data in a laptop and then do factory data reset then use ur phone normally .when the problem occurs , perform wipecachepartition hopefully it will work out .. Hope this helps

Did u perform factory reset from settings or recovery mode. Cuz I did perform a factory reset a week ago through settings.
And yes I wiped the cache partition by connecting to the laptop and watched the yt videos as well.

Hmmmm .. I performed it from settings .. Ok while the phone is connected to laptop check which USB option is selected like charging or data transfer ,etc .. I remember that it worked on charging option so perform it again and I'm telling as much as I remember ... So perform it again , I hope it works out if not then I don't know what will .. And others plz if it worked out for u plz let me know
