Galaxy MUnfortunately for me, it didnt solve the issue. I wiped cache 5 times already but it's still happening. I guess i have to go to a local repair shop, as when i contacted samsung customer care, they told me it's my own fault and i should pay. Really disappointed.

Galaxy MAnd yes I wiped the cache partition by connecting to the laptop and watched the yt videos as well.
