Galaxy MRecently latest update received but still below problems not solved.
2. Whenever doing screen on phone always shows 2G (E) symbol and after on/off devies its catching 4G, phone autoswitching to E 2g.
3. 4G+ option is not showing, after googling found that its not enabled by M31 developer team, why samsung not giving 4G+ in M31?? Already this options available in 5000 range any other brand phones.
4. Samsung knox, samsung good lock and some more samsung apps and customization apps not working on M31.
5. Ram management is not proper, showing always 3gb occupied even at idle.
6. After latest update, during whatsapp videocall mic is not catching voice properly and any speaker call or videocall mic is not catching proper voice, at the other end they are always complaining that ur voice is not coming properly.
Notification bar icon grid sizing option not available which is available is A series.
7. Overall system ui is still slugish.
Regretted for switching from A30 to M31, i thought 6gb ram phone will be more smoother but its even not matching to samsung a30 level.
Dear samsung team pls look into the matter and give proper solutions instead of giving pre-defined standard replies which i always receiving at every error repots.

dear samsung,
already followed above things while earlier report, once again device formatted but still problem remains same.
also visited samsung services as they told this is M series and these are software manufacturing defect which cant be repaired,
only one solution for it that wait for proper update from samsung, there is no any hardware problem in phone.

Also i have auto error report option enabled, so if you able to see from it, go and check what are the mistakes in system ui.
now really tired of following up for it, either give proper update or give me full exchange value, i will switch to A series

im also facing.. 😭The receiver call volume is very low, people on the other side can't hear me
