I have brought M31 in the month of March 2020 and after 3 months of use, something phone gets automatic restart during ongoing calls or switching between the apps. Till now i have faced 4-5 times.
It getting irritated when it happens during ongoing calls. Please do something about it.
Try resetting your phone once. Make sure to backup your important data. Then check whether the problem is resolved or not. if not then it can be any sensor issue., get it checked on service center
To resolve auto restart issue please follow below given steps:
Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Turn off auto start.
