M31 Bug

My issues are as below

Issue 1 :- 

Description :- When Home screen of my Samsung M31 is locked and screensaver is appearing on lock screen, the time is not getting Updated, it has already been adjusted to automatic time.

e.g i am locking a home screen at 3:30 PM and then lock screen is appearing and phone is showing screensavers, but even after 4-5 minutes the lock screen is still showing the time as 3:30 PM, the time on the lock screen is not getting updated.

Issue 2 :-

Description:- When i am doing a whatsapp video call, or audio call, at home screen it does not show updated time, the time which is being displayed when the call was received or dialed upon

e.g i had a call with someone yesterday at 1:09 PM and the call went for 11 minutes, when i was about hang a call, the time was still being shown as 1:09 PM on the home screen

Can anyone please help me out to sort the above 2 issues?

Try restarting the device and make sure all the system apps are updated.
This is a peculiar case. Haven't noticed this in my M31
