M30s restart issue

I am still facing the random restart issue on my m30s...it's giving me so much trouble. tried everything no success . facing the issue since I bought the phone in the very first sale. installed each and every update in hope that the issue would get resolved. sometimes I wonder could it be a motherboard issue? sending automatic report (with log files) has become a routine thing now. WhatsApp customer support is of no use...they give irrelevant answers not having a clue what the issue is. 

these are some things that I tried - 

-clean flash via odin

-clearing cache files

-safe mode

- installed android 10 update via smart switch

go to the get help section on the samsung members app then tap automatic checks ... optimize your device via device care

so you need to visit service centre

try hard reboot by pressing volume down and power button for 7 seconds

I too face ghost touch quite often. it has become regular affair. I feel it apps misbehaving.

The motherboard needs to be replaced in a Samsung Service Center.
