hanging and automatically restarting continuously

Iam very much upset with Samsung, inspite of error report sent, of hanging and restarting they have not been solved my phones problem, today atleast 10 times my phone has hanged and restarted, am very much upset with Samsung brand... if u r willing to solve my problem permanently do it ,or otherwise i village change my brand...

yes 20 days back , they uploaded new software files, then from 4th day onwards again started

dear then you have to visit service centre again, i know its difficult but have to do

and as of now go to safemode and observe is there same issue in safemode too
if not then problem may be due to other downloaded apps
and if same issue in safemode then try to visit service centre

steps to turn safemode;
long press on power button>
long press on power off option>click on safemode >your mobile will restart and turn into safemode.

Keep in mind that in this mode only inbuilt system app will work

That device is known defective. Motherboard replacement needs to be done to fix the issue.

I faced same problem one year back.may be it is motherboard or battery problem....if your phone is in warranty period I suggest you please contact service center to check thoroughly as soon as possible.
