Galaxy MTry the steps below:
- Wipe cache partition
- Enter safe mode (see if device freezes and/or restarts)
- Send a feedback (Error reports) with device log on Samsung Members
- Perform a factory reset (backup your data, because it will reset all of your apps and data)
If problem still persists, visit a Samsung Service Center. Hopefully that will resolve your issue.
