Why Samsung m30s facing hang and restart issue, if this is continued will definitely think about to buy the Samsung products in future.

My galaxy 30s is hanging and rebooting off and on. I am really frustrated with this. I am always use Samsung. I can  not afford two phone. I contacted their twice on mobile. representative give irrelevant answer. I request company to either send problem patch or replace the mobile. I am senior old person I could not run pillar to post.
