Sorry to say but even after 6 gb eam variant of M14 5g model , i have face too mamy issues

1. Youtube video lags and stop playing even when network is full and all other video play well .

2. Sound output stops working in youtube then we need to close the app and restart the same to get audio output

3. App in background does not remain in memory and restart after every tap bad RAM management 

4. Brightness issue are there adaptive britness works too bad 

5. When you pick up the call , screen does not get locked which leads to wrong touch , your ear work as finger for samsung and when you come to disconnect the call , you will be in different sky as ear touch open too many apps .

6. Sometime call came and screen not show the name o ly rigntome comes out and screen remains black 

7. Even when you have full signal no internet will works on phone just blinking 5g and lte symbols shows, 

8. Wifi suddenly droped with error 

9. Sometime volte symbol gone from signal and even after muktiple try you won't be able to turn on your mobile data, you only have to swtich off and on the phone


Please solve the issues its humble request to you dear samsung

I'm facing issues no. 1, 2, 3, 7, 9 with my m14 6gb variant also. I made complaints to Samsung Support, they neglected by saying it's because of some app there are network and VoLTE issues on 5G.

Same answer was given to me, samsung is not at all good in mobile service , better i would chosen realme narzo x70 , samsung is just a name brand now

I'm using the m34 5G now, given m14 5g to parents. I can say those issues are present only on m14 5g, main issue is the processor Exynos 1330 and maybe network hardware isn't good enough to handle 5G either. One thing I understood using these 2 phones, you can't buy absolute entry level Samsung phones, they'll give you troubles.

Yes brother totally agreed , exynos process is a old tech and now a days application got updated too much . I remember when andriod phone just got started and samsung galaxy Y series were there those time samsung jist killed the market but not now

speed up your samsung phone

1.first go to setting then 

2.about then 

3.software information then 

4.tap 7 time on build no then 

5.developer option open then

6.go back in setting app and 

7.last one is developer option then

 8.find three type of animation

9.first window animation scale- set off

10.second transition animation scale- set off

11.third animation duration scale- set .5
