My M30S internet not working during a call. It means I cant see the caller from unknown number with truecaller. I tried all settings  but couldnt find the solution. Pl help

it shows volte on sim 2 jio. not on vodafone. in vodafone sim1 it shows 4g and it goes off the min I get a call

my network provider is Vodafone and 2nd sim is jio. I'm trying all options but failing. may be if it's a problem with service provider?

So tell me this... You use data on Jio or Vodafone... and does data stops when you are getting calls on the non data enabled sim?

s I have tried data with sim 1 and sim 2 and tried calling. both options doesn't work. data stops immediately i get a call.

Okay this could happen with your Vodafone Network but it should not happen with Jio... Are you facing network issues? like poor Network connectivity in your region? If that's the case then I'm sorry can't do anything about it.

As you see the problem does no exists in my M30s and the cellular reception is great in my area. I never lose network during calls or while browsing

but my area is having good connectivity. it happens with jio as well.

Yes, it's not there on my M30s as well... but data works during calls

Hi there,

 

As per your concern, if you are using SIM 1 for internet and call occurs in SIM 1, then internet will be not disabled. But if you using SIM 1 for Internet and call occurring in SIM 2, then internet will be disabled automatically and vice versa.

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
