M30S internet not working during call

My M30S internet not working during a call. It means I cant see the caller from unknown number with truecaller. I tried all settings  but couldnt find the solution. Pl help

internet doesn't work during a call in every phone..
you've to use wi-fi for it.

I need truecaller to work. that's the point

but how does truecaller work? when a call comes it uses internet to search the name of the caller. that's my point

My internet works while I'm on a call, I also own a M30s

What's your network provider? Internet will turn off if your phone is placing calls other than the 4G network. Next time while placing calls just check whether your phone's network shows Volte or not
