Mobile data stops during call.

Currently I am using galaxy M31,

I'm facing this issue, internet stop working while voice call on another SIM.Suppose I'm using internet from SIM 1 and I got call on SIM 2 than internet will not work while I'm on call, it will start working when sim 2 call is disconnected, Same if I'm using internet from SIM 2 and I got call on SIM 1 than internet will not work while I'm on call, it will start working when sim 1 call is disconnected. Internet is not switching automatically from one sim to another sim during a call.

And I tried all the methods written below but the issue was not resolved.

1. dual sim always on.

2. Network reset.

3. Reboot device.

4. Reset apn setting.

5. Factory data reset.

Thats how it works if u are using mobile data in one sim and u gets call in other sim mobile data turn off

Just try same company sim in both sim1 and sim2 section. Then check it is working or not? May be it can a service provider issue.
