Be rest assured by following the below steps your issue will be resolved:- 1. Restart the device: Press and hold the Power key > Restart > Again Restart
2. Remove memory card and check: A). Before removing the memory card, first, unmount it for safe removal. On the Home screen, tap Apps > Settings > Device maintenance > Storage > More option > Storage settings > SD card > Unmount. B). Pull out the tray gently from the tray slot. C). Remove the memory card. D). Insert the tray back into the tray slot.
3. Check device in safe mode: Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears > Press and hold the power off icon. Exit safe mode: Hold the power button and select restart on the screen.
If issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung members app (Samsung Member > Get help > send feedback > Ask question/Error report)
Same happened with me sir. Upon visiting the service centre they said that fluid must've entered, but I know that no such thing happened since I bought the phone, it's been six months and I even had exam so it wasn't in use and I handled it well for whatever short duration I used to use it for. It started functioning abnormally all of a sudden while I was using it since 45 minutes, I changed the touch sensitivity and it worked fine for like 10-20 seconds then it stopped working. I hard reset the phone after which it worked for 20 minutes then it completely stopped.
I have the same problem, touch doesn't work in some areas (especially in area where the letters N, J, I come and on top right ), for my newly bought M30S,
we believe in Samsung company and hope they will help solve it.
