I bought Samsung M21 in Aug 2020, from the day I bought this phone's camera used to switch on by its self, auto reboot and things which continued but starting from 3rd week of June'2021 it started to auto reboot and freeze on the login screen, until the charge completely drainout the screen used to stay as is, again after putting for charge and manual switch on it was working fine, but since Aug after freeze it takes the long time and multiple attempts to switch on and sometimes doesnt switch on at all. taking to the service center they say its the issue with software but though we service it, the problem doesnt go instead they suggest to replace the full set of motherboard which will cost INR 7000.00.
What is the point in buying the mobile and facing issues like this, not even used the device well and just on the reason of Out of warranty is it valid to shell out 7k? just disgusting :( @SamsungTeam please advise.
