M30 is lagging after update on Android 10

After Upadate on Android 10 the phone is lagging and battery back up also not good....Samsung Should fix this next update

No lags in my case except that when recent apps button is pressed some lag can be seen.
Some apps incompatibility issue may also arise.

Hi there,

Please perform the following steps to resolve above mentioned issue:

For battery drainage issue follow the give link- http://www.samsung.com/in/support/skp/faq/1101689

1- Clear the RAM memory of device (Scroll down notification panel > Setting> Device care >Memory> Clean Now).

2- Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).

3- Check for the latest device O/S (Settings >Software Update >Download updates manually).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).

Yesterday i got software update after installing the lagging issue is solved..Phone runs without lagging.

The camera app delays about 10 seconds every time I launch the camera and also it lags when I switch front camera to back camera vice versa.

The phone is slow. Can't multitask at all. So problematic. Samsung needs to fix it asap.
